I’m Jeremy Finkenstadt — a certified trainer, nutrition coach, and former hockey player turned barbell-obsessed golf nerd.
I got into fitness after a tough period with mental health, injuries, and starting over. What helped me rebuild my own life — physically and mentally — was simple: training with purpose, and people who cared.
Today, I help others do the same. I work with curious clients who want to understand why they’re doing what they’re doing. Because once you get that, progress doesn’t just happen — it sticks.
